Asphalt Crusher & Screener
This series of asphalt crusher & screener machine is a specialized crushing and screening product launched by Tietuo Machinery specifically for the characteristics of RAP (recycled asphalt). The entire machine adopts a design combining single-roller primary crushing and double-roller secondary crushing. The single-roller crusher is equipped with wear-resistant guard plates and a low-speed main shaft for processing oversized RAP from mechanical overturning and recycling. The double-roller crusher uses floating crushing rollers and staggered high-wear-resistant toothed plates to effectively crush oversized RAP materials and prevent material jamming and equipment damage. The screening system uses a high-frequency vibrating screen combined with anti-clogging screen technology to effectively solve the problem of fine aggregates adhering to the screen.
This asphalt crushing and screening equipment, together with the cold hopper, vibrating screen, and feeding ring, forms a complete system that can classify and screen RAP according to specifications, and ensures crushing efficiency through a spiral main shaft and hydraulic pushing device. The entire machine has a rated production capacity of 80~200t/h, a maximum feed size of 800mm, and a discharge particle size ≤32mm, and is suitable for the front-end pretreatment stage of asphalt plant hot recycling production lines.
