Counter-current Heating Technology
This technology uses a hot air furnace to heat the recycled asphalt (RAP) in a counter-current manner, employing a gentle "inert gas" to heat the RAP. This significantly reduces secondary aging of the asphalt in the RAP, resulting in high-quality recycled asphalt mixtures while reducing exhaust heat emissions. Compared to similar domestic products using co-current heating, it offers advantages such as higher heat exchange efficiency, gentler RAP heating, and significantly lower exhaust gas temperature (90-110℃, far lower than the 160-180℃ of similar domestic products).

RAP Pre-mixing Technology
This technology extends the mixing time between RAP and the recycling agent, allowing the recycling agent to fully exert its effects while shortening the overall mixing time and improving production efficiency. This technology also allows for flexible process switching based on the actual formula.

Key Technical Performance Indicators (Reflecting Environmental Protection and High Efficiency):

Fuel Consumption: ≤6.4 kg/t, significantly lower than similar products both domestically and internationally (compared products are ≤6.5 kg/t and ≤7 kg/t, respectively).

Exhaust Gas Temperature: 90-110℃, comparable to international advanced levels (85-100℃), and significantly lower than similar domestic products (160-180℃), directly reflecting emission reduction and thermal energy utilization efficiency.

Recycled Asphalt (RAP) Utilization Rate: 100%.

Recycled Material Moisture Content Treatment: Can process recycled materials with a moisture content ≤4.5%, with drying efficiency slightly higher than similar products; residual moisture content of the processed heat recovery material ≤0.5%.

Discharge Temperature: Can reach 140-160℃, higher than some similar domestic products, ensuring the performance of the mixture.
