GLB Series (Bottom-Mounted Storage Silo)

The GLB Series adopts modular bottom-mounted storage silo structure equipment with smaller footprint, more convenient transportation and installation, and easier environmental configuration expansion.
Drying System:
The drying drum, burner, and bag dust collector adopt integrated design. The drum body and blades use wear-resistant alloy materials, while the riding ring and supporting rollers are formed by forging process. The exterior features aluminum silicate thermal insulation cotton with stainless steel plate cladding to reduce heat energy loss, achieving high efficiency, environmental protection, and durability.
Mixing System:
Features shaft-mounted reducer drive with gear-synchronized dual horizontal shaft forced mixing drum. The transmission system is highly efficient and easy to maintain. The blade arrangement has been optimized through multiple tests to effectively improve mixing efficiency. Advanced manufacturing processes ensure equipment stability and reliability. The inspection door is equipped with mechanical safety locks to ensure personnel safety during maintenance. Thermal oil heating and insulation are used, with additive and recycled material feed interfaces provided for convenient user expansion of additive equipment and recycling equipment.
Screening System:
The vibrating screen is an imported Italian brand linear vibrating screen driven by dual vibrating motors, maintenance-free. The screen mesh adopts pull-out installation for convenient and quick replacement. The casing exterior is equipped with insulation layers for energy conservation and noise reduction.
Burner:
Self-developed low-cost medium atomization burner with wind-oil ratio using oil pressure and frequency full digital precise control. It achieves effective combination of flame size and drum parameters, reducing fuel consumption. The control system is integrated with the mixing equipment control system for convenient operation, safety, and reliability. Applicable fuels: diesel, heavy oil, natural gas.
Dust Collection System:
The dust collection system adopts modular design, placed above the drying drum. This not only saves floor space and reduces pipeline heat loss but also makes installation and relocation simple and quick.
Asphalt Foam Warm Mix Equipment:
Modular design with quick and convenient installation. Imported diaphragm plunger water pump precisely provides high-pressure stable water as foaming medium. Combined with unique mixing device, it can generate abundant micro-foam in asphalt. The micro-foam ensures low-temperature mixing uniformity while maintaining subsequent paving and compaction effects, significantly reducing fuel consumption.
Control System:
Features dual-redundancy control system for buttonless equipment operation. During production, PLC provides fully automatic control with simple, intuitive, and reliable operation. The operating system includes powerful fault warning and automatic diagnosis, real-time screen monitoring, remote maintenance – simple operation, convenient maintenance, safe and stable.
