VS-1545 Aggregate Shaping Equipment
The VS series aggregate shaping equipment is a modular, fully enclosed, negative pressure tower-type aggregate particle shape optimization and classification system (with sand making capability). It integrates aggregate particle shape optimization, gradation adjustment, stone powder control, high-efficiency sand making, moisture content control, and environmental protection treatment. It adopts fully automatic computer control and can achieve production according to formulas. Applied to asphalt mixture mixing equipment (continuous and batch type), it can improve asphalt mixture quality, reduce material overflow and waiting time in asphalt mixture mixing equipment, and increase production capacity. It can also be applied to concrete mixing equipment and dry mortar equipment.
