    Product Features

    ◉  Adopting the process of V-type air separation plus dynamic powder selection, the allowable moisture content of raw materials can reach up to 3%.

    ◉  Advanced powder separation process: It precisely controls powder classification accuracy. The powder content of finished sand is adjustable arbitrarily within 3%–20%, meeting the sand standards for ultra-high-grade special concrete (C50, C60, C80, etc.).

    ◉  Precisely adjust and control the fineness and gradation of finished sand via the three-step adjustment method; it ensures continuous and stable high-quality manufactured sand output. Switching between sand for concrete and dry-mixed mortar is achievable without replacing the screen mesh.

    ◉  Dry sand making adopts full negative pressure operation to control dust emission, with the discharge concentration controlled within the range of 5–20 mg, fully complying with environmental protection requirements.

    The V-type air separation firstly separates fine sand (with powder) from coarse sand and aggregate, effectively reducing the load on the vibrating screen and improving screening efficiency.It also increases the output of the finished product silo and prevents screen mesh clogging effectively.

    Dynamic Powder Selection

    By adjusting parameters such as rotor speed and air volume, the system achieves precise control over powder separation fineness and the powder content of finished sand.
