YLB Series (Mobile)

The YLB series is a mobile asphalt mixing plant equipment independently developed by Tietuo Machinery according to market demand. Each functional component of the complete machine is a separate module with its own chassis walking system. After folding and retracting, it can be towed by a tractor unit for easy site relocation. The equipment adopts quick power connectors and foundation-free design for convenient installation and rapid production startup.

Technical Highlights:

1. The complete machine includes cold material system, drying and heating system, dust removal system, and mixing main building system, all adopting modular design. Each module has its own chassis walking system and is towed by tractors. After folding, it can be easily relocated to different sites.
2. Electrical circuits and pipeline connections all use quick connectors or plugs. After arriving at the site, you only need to unfold each component, position them, connect the electrical circuits and pipelines, and then proceed with debugging and production.
3. The equipment adopts a foundation-free design with built-in retractable and adjustable steel structure foundation, reducing the foundation construction costs associated with site relocation.
