RLBZ Series
The RLBZ series asphalt plant hot recycling equipment solves technical problems such as easy aging, easy adhesion, and blue smoke treatment during the heating process of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). The equipment mainly consists of RAP cold batching system, hot air furnace and waste gas treatment system, RAP heating drum, RAP pre-mixing system (optional), etc.
This series of products has been matched with asphalt mixing equipment of different brands at home and abroad. Each set of equipment is designed according to the actual situation and needs of the user’s existing asphalt mixture mixing equipment. It ranks among the top in domestic market share.
Hot Air Furnace
The large-sized hot air furnace structure design can completely avoid direct contact between RAP and flames. By introducing drum tail gas, it can control the temperature of hot air entering the drum (500℃-900℃).
RAP Heating Drum
The drum not only uses flexible lifting blades to solve the adhesion problem of softened RAP (Patent No.: ZL200810189181.1), but also designs hook-shaped lifting blades that can achieve graded heating of coarse and fine materials. It adopts the design concept of large diameter, low rotation speed, small inclination angle, and full curtain gentle heating to ensure discharge temperature while greatly reducing asphalt aging during the heating process.
Tail Gas Treatment System
It adopts a dual-fan system to treat tail gas in two routes. The internal circulation pipeline system can control the temperature of hot air entering the drum, and the secondary combustion pipeline system sends the remaining tail gas to the virgin drum for purification treatment. RAP Pre-mixing Device
The pre-mixing process can extend the mixing time of RAP and regenerating agent, enabling them to fully disperse, penetrate, and blend. This new process does not require additional mixing time (same time as mixing ordinary asphalt mixture), which improves mixture quality without affecting the production capacity of batch plant equipment.
