With industry-leading energy-saving performance, the fuel consumption is controlled within ≤6.4kg per ton of finished material, realizing 100% waste asphalt recycling and significantly reducing project raw material costs.
The TS3050 recycling plant supports fully flexible RAP mixing ratio adjustment from 0% to 100%, enabling free switching between pure new material production, medium-proportion recycling and full old material recycling. Equipped with self-cleaning anti-adhesion drum structure and graded constant temperature heating system, the equipment ensures stable discharging temperature, uniform gradation and reliable finished product quality, adapting to various high-standard pavement construction requirements.
