The TS3050 is a combined heated recycling system for asphalt plants independently developed by Tietuo. The recycling and virgin material processes are integrated into a single design. The mixing tank is positioned below the recycling metering unit. Virgin material slides into the main mixing tank via a chute to mix with the recycled material, completely avoiding the material sticking and clogging problems caused by recycling chutes and belt conveyors. The optimized dust removal system and main mixer configuration increase the overall production efficiency by over 30%. It also features a patented pre-mixing switching device, allowing for selective switching according to production needs.
