Kayan aikin sake amfani da zafi na masana'antar kwalta ta RLBZ suna magance matsalolin fasaha kamar tsufa cikin sauƙi, mannewa mai sauƙi, da kuma maganin hayaki mai shuɗi yayin dumama titin kwalta da aka sake dawo da shi (RAP). Kayan aikin galibi sun ƙunshi tsarin haɗa sanyi na RAP, tsarin dumama iska mai zafi da iskar gas, ganga mai dumama RAP, tsarin haɗa RAP kafin lokaci (zaɓi), da sauransu.
An daidaita wannan jerin kayayyakin da kayan haɗin kwalta na nau'ikan kayayyaki daban-daban a gida da waje. Kowane saitin kayan aiki an tsara shi ne bisa ga ainihin yanayi da buƙatun kayan haɗin kwalta na mai amfani da ke akwai. Yana cikin manyan hannun jari a kasuwar cikin gida.
Tsarin babban injin dumama mai girman gaske zai iya guje wa hulɗa kai tsaye tsakanin RAP da harshen wuta. Ta hanyar shigar da iskar gas mai wutsiya, zai iya sarrafa zafin iskar zafi da ke shiga cikin ganga (500℃-900℃).
Gangar ba wai kawai tana amfani da ruwan ɗagawa masu sassauƙa don magance matsalar mannewa na RAP mai laushi ba (Lambar Patent: ZL200810189181.1), har ma tana ƙera ruwan ɗagawa masu siffar ƙugiya waɗanda za su iya cimma dumama mai kyau na kayan da ba su da kauri da laushi. Tana ɗaukar ra'ayin ƙira na babban diamita, ƙarancin saurin juyawa, ƙaramin kusurwar karkata, da dumama mai laushi na labule gaba ɗaya don tabbatar da zafin fitarwa yayin da take rage tsufan kwalta sosai yayin aikin dumama.
